• Carrying out a range of compensation & benefits activities such as analyzing HR data, participating in the design, execution and evaluation of HR Planning & Development processes.
• Participate in designing & enhancing reward products and prepare proposals to top management such as annual bonus scheme, sales incentive scheme, and salary structure.
