Coordinate activities of the Administrative Department such as Admissions and Registration.
Receive applications for admission at the beginning of each academic year.
Classify applications based on students’ options and averages.
Confer with other academic staff to explain and formulate admission requirements and course credit policies.
Maintain student files; issue transcripts and schedule events.
Provide colleges with student names at the beginning of each semester.
Take all the necessary measures organizing and facilitating enrollment in courses, Coordinate and oversee the course dropouts and withdrawals,
Receive examination results, file students’ grades and calculate averages.
Keep a record of academic warnings issued to students with a below average GPA.
Coordinate and prepare the graduation ceremonies and the award of degrees as well as the certificates.
Coordinate the Program Counsel Meeting.
Adhere to the established policies and procedures.
Perform other job related duties as required.
Respond to user support requests and trouble-shoot problems.
Assist user by answering queries, or refer user to PACS Systems Administrator. Notify user of action taken.

Incumbents act as unit receptionists performing a variety of duties which include patient registration; providing information to patients, families and visitors; and answering telephones. In addition, Hospital Unit Assistants.
Utilize electronic systems and various computer applications to transcribe and input a variety of medical orders; schedule examinations, treatments, laboratory tests and patient information; prepare and assemble patient chart information; prepare medical records and forms; and maintain inventory and order hospital forms and supplies.
Arranges discharges by notifying business office and patient transporter service.
Maintains unit operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains unit supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
