▪ Prepare the operating expenses, capital and manpower budget proposals for the operations group under the Head Administration.
▪ Monitors ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, reports on the operating and capital budget expenditures and forward to the head of Administration.
▪ Check the accuracy of purchase requisitions to ensure there is money in the budget, the request is valid and prepares the forms and forward to finance.
▪ Allocates petty cash expenses incurred by operations and forward for signature to Head Administration.
▪ Coordinates with the budgets and control department request to transfer budget moneys to different budget lines.
▪ Prepares special performance reports as requested. Completes a cost analysis of the various services and processes provided to the company as part of ISO certification. Prepares a trend analysis of various costs.
▪ Follows up on reports produced by finance and marketing to reconcile the numbers in order to accurately report cost per until of gas and oil.
▪ Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor.
