• Suggest to establish job series, and I participate in the work of budget discussions at Ministry of Finance, also I participated in the transforming of personnel department to human resource at MCS.
• Currently working on one of MCS initiatives on the project of developing and restructuring Job Classification for public sector (jobs titles, jobs requirements, jobs descriptions, competencies, etc.) with Willis Towers Watson Co. Since May 2016.
