General job description and responsibilities as HR & Admin. Manager:
• Guiding and leading the HR Department.
• Creating Policy and procedures for the Group.
• Creating organizational charts to comply with the company hierarchy.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
• Conducting Manpower plans, annual leave plans on fiscal year basis.
• Counseling managers on candidate selection.
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
• Performing annual appraisals and occasionally perform KPI system.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions.
• Performing Hiring and recruitment process and procedures.
• Responsible for creating and proceeding payroll system.
• Ensuring that copies of documentation are properly filed and distributed.
• Maintaining all procedures and actions to comply with Labor laws.
• Performing administrative duties.
• Organizing documents and briefs.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training.
• Gathering relevant information from a variety of sources.
• Proceeding procurements procedures.
• Following up facilities given to employees.
• Supervising Company structure, follow up maintenance work and renewals takes place in the company.
• Running purchases Process.
• Supervising Employees of Admin. Department as: office Attendants and security and Maintenance Attendant.
• Supervising logistics and stores and warehouse of the company.
• Following up Labor office and Social Insurance for any official certificate demanded.
• Following up Labor licenses for foreigners while follow up the whole process.
• Delivery of ID cards and new SIM Cards for new hired employees.
