Very much informed and trained about manufacturing process, assembly, mode of failures and service of all products.
Surveying refineries, power plants, desalination plants and petrochemical plants for existing or immanent leakage issues then submitting corrective action/recommendations proposal
Delivering technical presentations to customer with the latest innovations in the sealing technology.
Providing engineering support and solutions to plant leakage problems.
Supporting plants to select or upgrade their existing mechanical seals, dry gas seals, expansion joints, etc
Provide the end-user with budgetary prices for EagleBurgmann products.

Assigned in Technical Support Division (TSD)\ Engineering Unit

Function as Stationary and Rotating Equipments maintenance engineer such as (Boilers, condensers, Heat exchangers, tanks, Valves, Pumps, Compressors, Fans, etc). Responsible for the complete cycle of equipments, specification, supplier selection, supplier drawing review, and equipment acceptance. Key responsibilities include but NOT limited to:

 Assist maintenance in overhauling, troubleshooting, inspection, and spare parts evaluation.
 Preparation of requisitions and technical evaluation of subsequent bids from different suppliers.
 Conducting inspection off eight units for all Stationary equipments besides advising repairs procedure during (T&I) to the contractors.
 Responsible during the annual Plant (Test & Inspection) of all Boilers Non-Destructive Tests NDT
 Boilers and Condensers hydro jetting and chemical cleaning.
 Planning and ordering (T & I) materials based on matching specification.
 Conducting presentations about performed (T&I) work.
 Studying and analyzing equipments failure, with the optimum use of all available resources and were able to reduce the cost of maintenance.
 Communicate with equipments manufacturer, supplier to resolve any related issue.
 Carrying out modifications to improve reliability and performance.

Assigned in the new project of Ghazlan Power Plant (4 X 632MW) constructed by consortium of Mitsubishi and Bechtel.
The following are some of the activities and achievements:
 Active member of the GPPII Project team in reviewing system design packages to ensure it meets the required safety, reliability, efficiency, operability, maintainability, and environmental standards.
 Monitor construction, testing, and commissioning work executed by the construction contractors for compliance with the project specification.
 Pre-commissioning checks, commissioning and start-up of 4 x 632 MW steam power plant of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) Including all equipments, systems and sub-systems, Boiler Hydrotest, Acid Cleaning, Steam Blowing, pipe line flushing and many test/trial of turbines, motors, pumps compressors, fans, control/relief valves, etc.)
 Participating in the plant joint walk-down conducted by SCECO, MHI & Bechtel in verifying the operation and maintenance accessibility for all equipment and related accessories.
 Writing equipments defects reports
 Technical reviewing of vendor Documents, O&M Manuals, equipments specification and data sheets.
 Share in several discussion and meetings with construction and commissioning contractors, and equipments manufacturer

During this time period, various jobs and different activities were assigned in the 4 x 400 MW steam power units (Ghazlan Power Plant phase I).
 Six months familiarization with plant operation (Start up, shutdown, systems & equipments line up, priming, isolation, start permissive, interlock, operation trend sequence, etc.)
 Ensure that equipments schedule requirements are always met, ensuring quality at the same time.
 Periodically reviewing equipments PM to evaluate the condition and avoid any unexpected failure or unnecessary shutdown, to be within the optimum performance and reliability.

Worked as equipments QA/QC inspector during construction and fabrication stage of Ghazlan Power Plant II owned by Saudi Electricity Company.
