1. Muscat Golf Course Project, large development project consisting of a 18 holes golf courses, 87 villas, 14 nos. of 3-stories apartments blocks, a club house, staff accommodation, a retail building, an office building and other smaller services buildings.

Nizw University Project - Phose-1, consisting of University Administration Building, Classroom Buildings, Student Accommodation Buildings, Mosque, College of Arts & Science, College of Engineering & Architecture, College of Economics, Management & Information Systems, Main Library Building, University Stadium and college of Medicine.
3. Saud Bahwan Groups Warehouse at AL Amerat.
4. Sultan Shopping Center projects in Al-Amerat, Barkah, Ezebah, Sohar and Convenience Stores in Oman.
