Key Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact between ITG and Audit/ regulate entities.
• Work with all ITG teams to ensure timelly closure and follow up on audit, infoSec findings.
• Develop and execute mechanism for checking IT staff’s compliance with key policies, standards and procedures.
• Minimize the gap, keep management aware of risks Control Risk Self-Assessment and submit rerpots to Operations Risk Management.
• To plan, negotiate and document, SLAs with Business.
• To prepare and conduct awareness sessions IT policies and procedures.
Support manufacturing operations of SABIC Affiliates by providing cost-effective Inventory levels through optimum replenishment, maintenance of optimum stock levels at which affiliate plants can be safely and reliably operated and identifying opportunities for inventory value reduction by taking the responsibility of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) function related to stock materials.
Responsible for performing all necessary documentation duties necessary to comply with the quality system in place in accordance with cGMP and ISO standards, reviewing all batch records and release of product in accordance with the Cestrian Court Quality System. Operation of the relevant QA databases are also required to ensure compliance status is maintained within the facility.
