Responsibilities:
• Provide Sales Engineering support to customers in both pre- and post sales efforts.

• Manage the production of tailor-made course material, which will disseminate product knowledge to all trainees. This training course material will be designed specifically for each course to facilitate the trainees in the use of Ovid Technologies products in their respective roles.
• Produce training documents and aids which describe and illustrate databases, products or features.
• Provide training certification for both third party companies and distributors.
• With the Manager, Global Training, manage and plan the training resources that will be required for the production of training materials and delivering the training courses.
• Maintain links with other organizations to promote Ovid Technologies presence in the user community.
• Assist with escalation of local IT support issues for office staff to appropriate internal IT groups.
• Working as part of the Well Services Segment - cementing.
• Underwent all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment QHSE courses for Field working environment.
• Took Oil Field Services OFS course.
• Took Well Services Well Integrity Step 1, including major courses like:
- Introduction to Drilling & Measurement.
- Engines & Transmissions
- Pumps - C pumps and triplex Pumps.

• Develop, install & test controller program software (PLC) for package units & split systems, using SIEMENS Controllers SIMATIC LOGO® and S7-200®, in which controlling signals, Analog and digital (pressure, temperature and other interlocks), derive conditions using flow charts and digital logic design methodology to program the PLC main unit and it is associated HMI - Human Machine Interface for displaying controlled signals as well as creating alarms and Alarm History, in a user-friendly way.
• Develop and program PLCs for Building Management System-BMS interface using BACnet/Modbus protocols (Siemens, Carel & MCS).
