- Releasing new purchase requisition (PR) according to transfer Raw Materials (RM) & MRP.

- Follow Up with purchasing team for critical /delayed Material to ensure availability needed.

- Entering, updating and review Bill of Material (BOM) for the manufactured products.

- Entering Receiving Monthly Orders for all markets and rolling Forecast

- Prepare MRP Sheet contains 6 months volumes for all Processed SKU’s arranged monthly
and cumulative.

- Annual Budget Analysis

- Monthly KPI ( MAPE ) for KSA, UAE, KWT, BAH, OMAN, LEB, JOR .. etc.

- Allocate the monthly orders to KSA, UAE and KWT Americana Factories.

- Leading S&OP meeting

- Build as per Chief Executive Officer (CEO) requested director of QHSE department safety culture avoiding exposure to legal accountability and increase the level of safety awareness.

- Create budget process flowchart for QHSE department. Also, yearly & monthly reports as per
Executive Director QHSE department.

- Create a documentation process to be meeting with ISO 9001 Standers. In addition, retention
period of training and quality documents records depend on GACAR part 151.

- Create a new Quality Policy.
- Re-build Quality Manual for new employees.
- Participate in Quality Plan for 2019.
