Monitoring compliance with the labour regulations to regulate work within the company.
To update work policy and approve from authorities.
To issue memos and circulations plus new decisions and renew dates of the occasions such as holy days and vacations.
To follow up hiring procedure sorting out vacancies and to recruit and interview qualified ones.
To complete package of office work such as medical insurance, social insurance and for non-Saudi to issue work permission card plus Iquama.
To upgrade Saudi Staff number and get benefits from the Support of Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF)
To prepare a good work area for the new hired employee and to supervise his/ her performance.
To issue visa work according to the actual needs.
To issue visit and trade visa and to follow travelling and departure.
To revise and update positions available and to check either it is matching quality control standard via departments’ managers.
Follow-up and coordinate internal & external training programmes.
To prepare annual reports for human resources data.
To prepare employees’ files and record systematically.
To follow renew and cancel employees’ work contact.
To supervise salaries and wages monthly.
Electricity, water supply, telephones and fax invoices should be reimbursed on time.
Follow-up of transactions to ensure that the employment status of all staff by State regulations from renewed residencies and modify professions etc.
To renew data on social insurance web site regularly.
To prepare and approve annual vacations for all employees in a proper way.
To approve internal & external tickets and (TDY) Temporary Duty Travel allowance.
To sign and document official letters from the Chamber of Commercial.
Identify staff complaints and resolution guaranteeing them job satisfaction for the performance of their work to the fullest as well as possible.
