Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws related to training and development.
- Experience in performing the entire gamut of recruitment - Sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring the candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Expertise in dealing with online and print media & placement consultants for hiring human capital
- Ensure proper documentation of files related to employee relations such as Directives, Warnings, Termination/Resignation and Transfers if any
- Employee leave management
- Develop response specifications, reviews output and finalizes submission of the employee relations queries raised by the system Human Resources Officers to provide them with a unified (system-wide) response to their queries
- Study and follow up on absenteeism report for review and actions by Coordinator, Employee Relations
- Assists with the identification and development of an employee relations database that will provide policy, performance, and compliance reports and metrics to improve the Employee Service functions
- Conducting exit interviews for exit staffs and share reports with relevant stakeholders as and when required.
