• Accomplishments (Sr. Projects Manager):
Successfully delivered complex multi-disciplinary projects including IMDAD Project which is the largest pharmaceutical automated distribution center in the middle east with an emphasis on safety with zero injuries, high quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Contributed to achieving LEED Certification from USGBC in the warehouse and distribution centers category, related to Green Buildings for IMDAD Distribution center.
• Enabled the company to win the FIDIC “highly commended” Client of the year award for excellence in Contracts administration.
• Bestowed with an appreciation letter from the client “ Al Nahdi Medical Co.” for managing & delivering the project beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offering vision, leadership, and strategic guidance; leveraging insights of the local and regional market, and customer preferences to design long-term business strategy, and leading a large portfolio of projects with positive outcomes.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end project activities right from project planning; coordinating with stakeholders; project execution; design modifications, health & safety, QA/QC, until project close-out and handover.
• Characterized by steadily increasing responsibilities, managing for all phases of projects, specifically the scope, technical, schedule, and cost management as well as contracts and service level agreements.
• Provided technical, managerial, and engineering oversight in managing all aspects of construction methodology, cost control, contractual negotiations, risk identification/mitigation as well as people management.
• Driving project excellence by providing extensive technical support and construction brilliance to enhance project value, ensuring efficient use of project resources (equipment/ manpower/ material), and the provision of high-quality services in line with project requirements and company procedures.
• Fostering effective inter/intra departmental communication with key stakeholders including project contributors, business, operational and technical resources as well as clients, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers to ensure project deliverables.
• Identifying and estimating resources and stakeholders for the newly awarded project. Recruited resources/staff/engineers and assigned resources to different projects.
• Leading project executions as per the stipulated norms, design guidelines, and subcontracting strategies. Monitoring anticipating any possible delays and taking advance actions to avoid cost overruns.
• Liaising with project managers to implement project best practices, track project milestones against the baseline program and report progress in alignment with WAFI’s requirements to Off-plan Sales Committee in the residential projects.
• Attending meetings with Clients, Consultants and Sub-Contractor meetings to review the performance, and project risks and discuss the critical project issues whilst ensuring uninterrupted project operations.
• Overseeing the successful delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, program and completion encompassing design deliverables as per the client’s requirements, codes & standards, managing seamless handover and commercial aspects, reporting the most accurate information and handling project conflicts effectively.

• AZBIL Factory Project, Dammam 2nd Industrial City - Control Valve manufacturing factory, project value SR 28 million (Sep 2013 - Jul 2014).
• Texo-fib - Nonwoven Geotextile Factory Project, Jubail Industrial City - Fiber & Geotextile factory, project value SR 43 million (Mar 2012 - May 2013).
• Bulk Liquid Chemical Terminal Project (BLCT), Jubail Commercial Port - Chemical storage facility, project value SR 17 million (Sep 2011 - Mar 2012)

Accomplishments
• Conferred with a letter of appreciation from the client, Azbil Saudi Arabia Co. for contributions to the Azbil project.
• Bestowed with a letter of appreciation from the client, Industrial Development Company for the successful completion of the Texo-Fib project.
• History of completing all the projects on time, below the established budget and with zero injury while meeting expectations of profitability.


Key Responsibilities
• Spearheaded the project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with HSE/quality standards and sustainability requirements.
• Produced technical plans, blueprints, established project sequence, and schedules as well as enforced controls to ensure budgetary compliance to minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
• Handled project conflicts/variation orders/claims effectively in addition to processing all payment requests through client/consultant on time.
• Provided value engineering recommendations to maintain desired quality standards and liaised with all authorities to obtain timely approvals and clearances.
• Coordinated between different employees, specialists, and subcontractors that they work with to ensure that projects are completed in time and budget.
• Arranged delivery times of resources/materials to coincide with various stages of the project cycle. Generated an array of technical and management reports (work/contracts status/productivity report); maintained accurate records and presented them to the Operation Manager and the General Manager.
