- Full maintenance responsibility for sterile penicillin and oral penicillin production lines and equipment.
- Plan the preventive maintenance schedule with the maintenance engineers.

- Responsibility for the company maintenance yard including its all heavy machinery equipment (hydraulic lifts, fork lifts), all vehicles and all the generators the company has.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
- Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.

attention to minimizing network outage time and reducing cost.
-The single point of contact “SPOC” regarding power issues with the customer, internally or
even with the subcontractors.
-Top technical support point and highest level of escalation regarding power issues
-Setting working process with the customer or with the subcontractors
-Solved critical technical issue and find alternatives for any power failure or power crisis.
