• Assist in Handling all product sales - Base Oil, Sulfur, extracts, and etc. locally and export including pricing and marketing.
• Collect local sales information and follow up with customers on their lifting Vs. monthly forecast.
• Participate in developing the business plan.
• Prepare various reports to ease up decision making regarding domestic posted prices for local consumption and export of finished lubricants by local blenders.
• Assist and support Manager - Local Sales in investigating and tracking customer complaints and in making regular visits to local customers to enhance relationship. Negotiate settlement of disputes.
• Prepare all analysis reports upon management requests for price trends
• Analyzing customers' actual lifting Vs. monthly and annual forecast.
• Keep up with market happenings, technological, pricing trends and transportation trends.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly MIS reports covering local sales
• Working as a key user for SAP SD Module
• Transition Plan team Leader in Luberef $1.1 Billion new Expansion project
This position was in the service filed. My job requirements were to pursue achieving monthly targeted sales by setting short term plans at the beginning of each month depends on level of seasonality and other issues such as labor training, how much the targeted sales, and floor shop status. On the other hand, I had responsibilities to minimize number of back jobs and aim to achieve what is above guests' expectations.
I got a training in Management Development department, At that time, they were working in a project called "E- Archive".
I was a teacher assistant in two courses.
