2 .Sales reports to operation dept. with required variances & percentages.
3.Monthly Executive Summary for divisions achievements.
4 .Feasibility studies for proposed projects and advice the necessary recommendations.
5. Follow-up the market constantly and collect competitors news.
6.Board Meetings preparation.
7.Communicate with the team work of all departments (work industries - production and packaging - warehouses and storage - decoration and manufacturing - sales team - IT -Stock Control- accounting and finance - marketing - leasing - Training-HR-Corporate sales) identify & Solve their problems
