 Prepare the identification letter for Saudi Council (SCFHS).
 Receive the Saudi Council (SCFHS) card and distribute to the employee.
 Responsible in notifying all medical employees with expired Saudi Council (SCFHS) card to
process for renewal and follow up any need documents.
 Submit the report of the new medical staff weekly to the HR Director.
 Prepare the letter of request to be submitted to Finance Department for the payment of fees in
processing the Saudi council applications, malpractice insurance & BLS training.
 In charge in entering data in the ERP system.
