Providing HSE and technical support for general queries and report on HSE performance and best practice.
Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plans for assigned facilities.
Providing oversight to support site activities having effective work safety arrangements
Providing oversight to support commissioning operations and ensure appropriate risk assessment and training is conducted.
Liaise with operations staff to ensure effective use of best practice and consistency in approach to HSE activities.
Providing input and review with site personnel - Weekly Alerts, Monthly HSE Reports etc.
Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management.
Preparing detailed incident investigation reports etc.
Worked under Line 1 HSE Manager for Covid -19 crisis management i.e. Mass testing at BACS Camp, Contact tracing, Leading a group of HSE team assigning them for extraction of Covid-19 positive tested and Highly suspected persons residing at Camps (South, Oruba, Masic), maintaining data base of confirmed tested positive patients in collaboration with BACS Operation Risk Dept. for SIPORT Data.
Report directly to the Project Manager regarding all H&S Matters,
Organize and conduct weekly meeting (at the client’s office or site) for H&S reviews and updates.
Ensure that all new employees or operatives working with company received the H&S orientation program within & days joining.
Be familiar with all H&S procedures and Documentation.
Inspect and Monitor the place of work, ensuring that all H&S Procedures, Safe working practices are being carried out properly in accordance with relevant H&S legislation and with the requirements of Company,
Conduct Inspection to ensure correct placement and Serviceability of safety Equipment and firefighting equipment are in place,
Ensure that records or Checklists are completed and filed for are inspections, Accidents, Audits and Exercises,
Organizing and carrying out emergency safety Exercises and Training,
Assist with reporting and investigation of Accidents or Incidents and Ensure that all Accidents or Incidents are reported,
Coordinate the H&S Activities between the company and any other individual contractors or Subcontractors who may be working with the Company,
Ensure that safety Notices and Accidents Statistics are posted in prominent positions,
Liaise with Client’s/Customer’s Safety Representative.
Developing and maintaining good working relations with existing and perspective external and internal clients.
Conduct risk assessments and audits.
Conducting Internal Audit for Site Related Document (Health Policy, Induction, Training, Tool Box Talk, First Aid and Electrical Safety Camp Inspection ETC… )
Monitors day-to-day safety performance by assisting with field audits, hazard identification and injury prevention.
Facilitate employee and supervisory coaching.
Develop technical reports.
Responsible to recognize, monitor and make recommendations to ensure that workplace safety hazards are corrected through on-site audits, consulting, ergonomic assessments and interventions according to BACS Procedures and other regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering (Bsc-SFM) - Sikkim Manipal University.
The NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) covers the principles relating to health and safety, identification and control of workplace hazards and the practical application of this knowledge. The IGC syllabus takes a risk management approach based on best practice and international standards, such as the International Labour Organisation (ILO) codes of practice. Local laws and cultural factors may form part of the study programme where relevant and appropriate. The qualification also features a practical workplace assessment. The International General Certificate is divided into three units, each of which is assessed separately: Management of international health and safety (IGC1) Control of international workplace hazards (IGC2) International health and safety practical application (IGC3)
