 Supervises STC’s overall corporate and financial activities including identifying demand, revenue and cost drivers, annual budgeting of the Enterprise Sector (in coordination with the Finance Sector), 3-year financial plan development and financial model review.
 Develops the forecasting financial targets for the Enterprise Sector based on actuals in liaison with General Managers of the individual General Directorates.
 Develops and defines guidelines, procedures and processes pertaining to internal budget request approval for the Enterprise Sector.
 Monitors and manages budget utilization on a periodic basis and develops budget performance indicators to track progress in order to ensure an effective budget framework for STC.

 Review and complete the Budget Requests (Commitments.
 Prepare the variance reports, Actual Vs. Budget
 Prepare the Budget Forecasts and comparative analysis.

* prepare and write reports about the bank performance to be given to the board of directors and top manegement .
* issue the required reports to send it to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.

 Prepare, analyze and evaluate financial statements to provide company with a means to asses client's financial capabilities.
 Conduct economic, sectors and industries analysis (Domestic & International).
 Writing reports about a company performance and the expectations of the share market value.

Key Responsibilities:

 Established audit plans, objectives, and scope of work in conjunction with senior auditors for clients across various industries and assisted with overall execution of audit program as well as final report delivery.
 Testing and evaluating companies’ controls and identifying the weaknesses with providing the best solutions.
 Drafted complete audit reports (quarterly and annual) indicating the financial position of the company, providing clear description of issues identified, related business implications, and recommendations to resolve the issues.
 Directed and reviewed activities of assistant auditors and developed individuals for handling audit assignments within established time.
