-Developing the HR policies and procedures i.e. manpower planning & recruitment.
-Streamlining the HR operations in line with the HR policies and procedures ensuring
swift and timely delivery of HR services.
-Performance appraisals & rewards, compensation & benefits etc.
-Prepares budget of human resources operations.
-Contracts with outside and local recruitment agencies, establishing effective recruitment
& selection procedures and standards, Monitor and minimize recruitment turnaround time
and participate in interviewing
-Prepare job descriptions for each profession
-Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
-Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
-Developing a system to ensure that employee complaints and grievances are addressed
through appropriate processes and that disciplinary actions are taken promptly, fairly and
in accordance with company policy and Kuwait labor law.
-Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
-Handling all the HR & Admin issues for more than 200 Employee.
-Fully responsible for preparing salaries and employee rights such as leave balances, end
of service, overtime allowance, etc.
-Follow-up insurance in a professional manner and familiar with all its procedures
-Follow up the cars file as professionally
-Preparation of employment contracts and contracts that belong to the company
externally in partnership with the legal department.
-Follow-up all licenses and full knowledge of all procedures
-Full knowledge of all procedures for issuing and renewing residences permits
-Follow-up the rent file of branches in cooperatives and commercial complexes
-Responsible for all the company's internal and external correspondence and government
relations,
-Familiarity with the procedures of the Public Authority for Industry
-Familiarity with the procedures of the Environment Public Authority
-Maintaining department records and reports
