Assist Permitting and Stakeholder Manager in any activities relating to 3rd Party Stakeholder engagement and coordination and identifying any and all permits required for construction and temporary works. Assist office staff with any interaction with governmental agencies. Coordinating and expediting permits and letters of authorization for construction activities. Data entry and maintenance of database of action items arising from permit reviews and applications and following through on these actions through to completion. Attend all meetings with Permitting and Stakeholder Manager and prepare Minutes of each meeting. Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
