deployment the software releases or send any packages to all workstation
and servers NCB and build automation software to improve the
performance of workstation.

-Windows 10: Create a new image by MDT & SCCM for Windows 10 and Upgrade and deploy around 10, 000 PCs from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in Bank.
-TechAid Application: Homemade application which allow the user to solve and delivered issues with himself without call the IT this will improve the following :
• Service delivery.
• Reduce the MTTR.
• Reduce Calls.
• Improve the self-services.

My role was solving incidents that faced NCB staff in their workstation, applications as well as branches servers by access remotely and solve the issue also manage exchange A/D services to provide to all NCB staff.

-Install, Configure and maintain Windows operating systems Windows XP, windows 7, Windows server 2003, Windows server 2008 & Windows server 2012.
-Perform troubleshooting analysis of programs, servers, workstations, portable device and other associated systems.
-Install, configure and maintain distribution and antivirus environment.
-Repairing, testing and maintaining hardware like HP Printers, Dell Servers and PC’s.
