• Proficient in AlMunif Pipes manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and practices.
• Regularly monitor test frequency and results, proactively taking actions to achieve optimal quality levels.
• Responsible for preparing QC documentation, including certificates, calibration, test results, and compliance sheets.
• Support the sales team in effectively highlighting the key features and strengths of the product to customers.
• Respond promptly to customer's technical inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Conduct technical meetings with customers to clarify the scope of supply and application for the project.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical support team, ensuring smooth communication and
coordination throughout the order fulfillment process until product delivery.
• Knowledge of the process of wastewater treatment.
• Ensure that the plant equipments are working efficiently and effectively.
• Send the daily routine product report to the laboratory to analyze it.
• From time to time monitor the process from the control room (SCADA).
• An explanation to the trainees in the plant about how the process works.
• Daily check that the process is working properly.
