- Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
- Establish a new Policy that comply with ISO 9001 Standard
- Define all departments objectives for continues improvement
- Coordinate Internal Audit for all departments to ensure compliance to ISO and BRCGS and implementation of the procedure and policy.
- Responsible for Integrated Management System
- Oversee the company’s ISO and BRCGS Food Safety certification compliance.
- Prepare and maintain ISO & BRCGS related documentation and records
- Coordinate and facilitate Management Review meetings to assess the effectiveness of the integrated management system and propose improvements.
- Develop, implement, and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address identified quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective measures.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation related to audits, CAPA, NCRs, and root cause analyses.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
