Supervise the installation process at the C.O side.
Analyze confronted problems and transfer it to the responsible departments and follow it up till it is finally closed into the system.
Control the process to not exceed the deadlines and to keep the performance in the acceptable rate or a higher rate.
Supervise a staff of 25 technicians.
Splitting new DSL lines by our technicians at several centrals.
Reports to the Delivery Manager
Supervise a staff of 15 Labors & 3 Carpenters
Execute all Delivery activities. \[ paper works, proper packing, safety loading .. etc. \]
Execute all warehouses and Deliveries activities. \[Transfers, Deliveries…etc.\] .
Process all Delivery data into the company's system
