 Ensure that sufficient PMs are allocated to each project to enable their successful delivery
 Lead the PMs to ensure that work planned effectively and according to PMO ELM
methodologies.
 Manage PMs for delivery of a range of projects to meet all targets and client requirements, and
to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
 Motivate project managers to ensure that high levels of commitment, high quality of work and
high levels of productivity achieved.
 Review projects progress and take/recommend corrective actions.
 Review and resolve any issue or risk raised by PM that may affect the project.
