Ensure that Engineering Design is compliant with client requirements and all relevant national &
international codes and regulations.
* Review all related Materials submittal, shop drawings, full responsibility to close /solve all site clarification
requests,
* Review all the submittals for DEWA submission includes calculations for (V.D, PF correction, LV
schematics, Load Schedules...
* Review all approval submittal and drawings for authorities (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Trakhess, Dubai
municipality & RTA).
* Provide completely engineered solar PV Systems inclusive of all racking systems, electrical collection
system, inverters and balance of plant, solar PV layout, from distributed generation to utility scale.
* Lead delivery of power systems studies including short circuit, arc flash, load flow, coordination and others.
* Lead / coordinate all engineering consultants in site design, step up transformer, transmission and
interconnection designs.
* Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts
and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes.
* Responsible for installation of projects power, lighting, low current, ( M.V- LV ) networks, pocket
substations, and all installation of street light poles on road & highway works, solar PV, CSP, wind and
energy storage projects.
* Assist corresponding Engineers in checking site works and make inspection requests.
* Put into place quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of
installations are maintained throughout the project period.
* Lead small to medium multi-disciplined engineering team(s).
* Attend all site meetings and reviewing weekly and monthly reports.
* Prepare detailed written daily reports on progress and details of inspection

* Assign and coordinate work with the others activities and making modification & recommend for other
solution.
* Review of the land-use master plan, design, tender documents and supervision of construction for all
infrastructure & grading works.
* Prepare The B.O.Q, also the monthly payment & estimate the variations as per site conditions.
* Resolving many technical difficult and other problems during the project.
* Perform a variety of field and laboratory tests to assure workmanship & materials meet the standards.
* Take immediate actions to solve / resolve all problems and troubleshoot them, in order to run the projects
effectively and efficiently.
* Assure the execution of the needs and requirements of the client as well.
Site execution and all electrical site activities including both of low voltage and extra low voltage applications.
