Assists Business Development Division Management in the preparation of proposals, preparation and/or review of contract documents, development of scopes of work, determination of inputs for contract pricing efforts, and the preparation of project plans and schedules.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Establish deadline/milestones and assigns required resources.
Organizes and manages the work of engineers and draftsmen allocated to him and provides engineering support and/or advice to project team as required by the Project Manager.
Assists the Proposal Manager during the negotiation of contracts, as required.
Establishes detailed scope of work for the project in conjunction with the Company Principal-in-Charge and client, and in accordance with the project proposal and contract.
Establishes, with the Project Staff and appropriate Division and Department Management, staff budgets and manpower requirements necessary to execute the scope of work
Prepare monthly project status reports, change orders, and invoices.
Issues the Project Quality Plan in coordination with the Quality Assurance and Audit Department.
Establishes the design criteria and conceptual preliminary engineering designs for all areas of the project, and monitors the preparation of the final engineering and construction drawings.
Monitors the progress of all project functions and reports on their status to the Projects Division Head and client as required. Gives particular attention to reporting matters affecting project overruns or delays, as soon as these become apparent, and makes every effort with Company Management to rectify them.
Supplies Projects Division Head and/or client with up to date information regarding the status of all project management functions by the maintenance or appropriate records and the periodic issuance of informative reports.
Maintains, through the Project Staff, a chronological file of project history, supported by minutes of meetings and a daily log of significant events affecting the project. Keeps the Company Principal-in-Charge and the VP of the concerned Technical Division informed of significant project milestones and of major events that could affect the project costs, schedule, or client relations.
Authorizes and approves all requests to the Finance Department for preparation of invoices to the client. Authorizes and approves all costs charged to the project.
Approves all submittals to the client of work outputs, information requests, advisory notices, project status reports, etc.
Ensures compliance of work with contract objectives. Prepares contract change notices and requests as required, in accordance with established Division procedures and the Project Quality Plan.
Coordinates intercompany work assignments with other Divisions, Departments, and/or Field Offices.
Represents the Company in all relations with Client.

Assigned to perform different duties such as assessing, analyzing, upgrading, developing and applying all involved procedures, at Al-Medina Municipality(KSA), which are related to project management workflows for projects, programs and portfolio management according to PMI standards.

Maintains daily diaries of events associated with the work on site by.
Ensure implementation within agreed timescales.
Study drawings, specification and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.
Plan/schedule work priorities.
Monitor the work being undertaken by junior Engineers and Site Supervisors, taking any necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with Contract documents, specifications, method statements, policies and procedures.
Ensure that work practices are compliant with policies and procedures i.e. ISO.
Record/input into data collection systems; produce standard reports to ensure project delivery.
Produce weekly programs, method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety files and as built information
Monitor, review, comment and report on progress payments, quality control and safety.
Prepare necessary draft correspondence for final approval by the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer.
Assist as applicable, with pre-tender and pre-construction activities for contracts relative to the site needs and provide input for all change orders and claims analysis.
Assist the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer in preparing the Monthly Progress Reports.
Review and approve the As Built Drawings for final approval by Construction Manager/Resident Engineer.
Assist in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report.
Review and present the Contractors Valuations Payments for final approval by Construction Manager/Resident Engineer.
Study and give comments on the Contractors Claims.

Manage the process of auditing the management system and quality control plans for production of the TPS projects
Conduct analysis on corrective actions and preventive actions gained from auditing process for improvement opportunities
Review all quality plans for the sector Transportation Projects Sector’s projects
Manage the renewal process for ISO9001&ISO14001 certificates.

Supervise the execution team to achieve the projects deliverables
