• Training and facilitation of workshops relating to Business Development, Good Relations work and Customer Services.
Associate Education Consultant:
• Responsible for the delivery of high quality products consultancy, and implemented solutions for a variety of clients using ITWorx Education products.
• Performing very early days of awareness activity through to completion and delivery of solutions.
• Responsible to give trainings on Education products
• Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
• Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
• Recommend training and development systems.
• Identify where the training is required and then preparing the appropriate program for getting the best results and productivity.
• Using various training methods like audiovisual aids, classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, group discussion etc. to train the employees.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program conducted after the training sessions are completed to check that the desired objectives are being achieved.
• Design and deliver internal training.
• Responsible of preparing all company’s personnel files and make sure that all files are completed
• Preparing the documents related to the social insurance authorities (form 2, 1 and 6)
• Preparing contracts draft for all employees and responsible of monitoring the contracts renewal date
• Follow up on the renewal of the Military certificates, Health certificates and IDs
• Coordinates any medical requirements between the employees and the medical insurance company
• Follow up on employees permissions for early departure or late arrival, attendance and vacation balance
• Training soft skills and technical English to rig crew in the desert.
