• Prepare and arrange Mobilization / NTP document
• Coordinating with other department for closing necessary approval as per NTP
• Prepare and arrange all approvals required as per NTP List
• Prepare Quality control Plan.
• Prepare of project inspection test plan.
• Prepare and arrange technical / material submittals
• Coordinating with design consultant for necessary review and approval of design till 100 % concept.
• Responsible for the development of a Quality control and inspection program which meets the provisions of the project specifications and manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC team.
• Preparation of project handover document like O & M, COIAI break down for certification of acceptance from the end user.
General supervision and inspection for the installation, of electrical systems at sites.
Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted as per IFC, shop drawings, specification and work plan
To ensure all site activities are carried out as per approved shop drawing & method statement.
To ensure proper implementation of design at site.
To conduct inspection of all electrical Material deliveries.
Attain all electrical inspection with client/ contractor representative.
To submit inspection request in coordination with Site Engineer
Prepare daily QA /QC Report regarding inspection and Material.
To conduct insulation resistance test, continuity and Ground resistance test.
To prepare two weeks look ahead plan.
To prepare Operation and maintenance Manual for LV, MV and Telecom system.
To prepare pre-commissioning and testing procedure for LV, MV and telecom system.
Preparation of stencils for Street lighting, Milliner, FDT etc.
Conducting walkway for all electrical and telecom work with client.

Distribution panel board/load scheduling of power load
Fire alarm & public address system layout
Prepares & modification of riser diagrams for all LC system
