•Manage infrastructure Private and Cloud Servers and storages
•Lead the optimization of logical and physical architecture approaches through and understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities
•Create and manage RFPs for vendors related to IT Infrastructure and client services.
•Promote and deliver shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows; ensure that projects do not duplicate infrastructure or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies
•Partner and coordinate with IT and Business Leadership to provide a consensus based infrastructure architecture that is scalable, adaptable, and in synchronization with ever changing business needs
• Determine the most effective way to protect computers, networks, software, data and information systems against any possible attacks.
• Research security standards, security systems and authentication protocols.
• Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project.
•Manage the risks associated with infrastructure planning and/or deployment through appropriate standards and policies
•Manage the IT Service Desk and ensure that service levels are achieved. Act as escalation point for all requests and incidents. Perform root cause analysis to facilitate continuous improvement.
•Manage the process communicating outage and emergency activities to the organization.

•Improve the existing architecture frameworks in order to define, design, and implement simplified, standards-based, service-oriented IT architectures
