Leading the section that responsible for ensuring goods availability at branches kingdom wise in a timely and cost-effective manner. Planning and managing stock movement between branches to balance between Sales forecast and stock availability to avoid missing sales opportunity or extra stock.
Achievements:-
1) Built a strong relationship with all parties in the supply chain that include suppliers, Sales and Logistics.
2) Reduced excess inventory in Branches that positively free spaces and reduced movement cost.
3) Controlled the section expense through effective budgeting and monitoring.
4) Improved employees performance through training and personal development.
5) Implemented Just in time movement of tender and direct purchased goods to ensure timely delivery of goods to Government institutions.
6) Built a system to assure that tender awards data is entered accurately into the ERP system.
7) Developed the sections KPIs to assure a highly level of service levels is provided to the section customers.

Ensure maintenance of the stock level of goods at the district distribution branches in a timely and cost effective manner.
Ensure accuracy and timelines of replenishment schedule and orders
Ensure cost effective replenishment.
Prepare required replenishment orders accurate and on time.
Prepare required replenishment planning reports including cost analysis.
Cope with work commitments such as punctuality, observance of deadlines.

Maintain monthly replenishment by warehouse, items and forecast.

Achievement
3PL Project
Involve the project of calculating the stock based on weight and sizes.

My main responsibility was to develop a data source for Vendors of different fields such as Hotels, Fuel, Catering and ground handlers around the world .
I have brought to the company a program called ACT. This program solved many problems and I managed to browse the same data from company’s internal site by using FrontPage.
