The Result and Potential Impact:

- Customer satisfaction - submitting the product to the customer Inspection with a shorter time.
- Quality Control lead time improvement.
- Reduce manufacturing cost.

Project Goals:

- Optimize the time allocated for the Quality Control to make the Panel ready for Customer Inspection.
- Optimize the testing process to reduce it from 2.1hr /unit to 1hr/unit
- Eliminate non-adding value activities.
