Preparing the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) based on (16) divisions of (CSI) codes and link it with Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Dividing and distributing the works into the main cost elements (Materials, Labors, Equipment, and Sub-Contractors & Overheads).
Using the professional software (ERP Oracle) and prepare Cost Codes based on Activities to facilitate the process of cost control and apply that for all company’s projects.
Analyzing The BOQ to identify the Critical Items to control them by ranking the Items according to their amount. With applying the 80/20 Rule.
Applying of cost allocation forms ( Labor Time Sheets, Modified Material Request Form, Material Issue From Site Store, Equipment Operating Time Card, Subcontractor Service Received Note, Petty Cash Expenses) to ensure the project are selecting proper Task Code.
Applying the Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
Forecasting the status of the project’s Cost by calculating (EAC) and (ETC) based on the performance of the project.
Preparing periodical reports to control project’s Time, Schedule, Cost & Profit for each task and for project level and for all company projects.
Recommending the corrective and preventive actions to the higher management to improve the performance of the projects to finish on time and within budget.
