Responsible for warehouse planning to include layout, volume capacity and configuration and space utilization. Supervised the receiving and issuing of job and consumables materials required for design, manufacture, fabrication and supply of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Spheres, Storage tanks, high pressure and low pressure piping and Evaporators, Construction and assembly of storage tanks, Spheres onshore and offshore module and structures . Office Management, Manpower Management. Do other related duties.

Having excellent command and experience in BILFAL’s JD Edwards E19.00 Inventory Management and MIS (Management Information System) i.e. preparing M.R. (Material Requisition) for Job as well as consumables items, M.E.N (Material Entry Note), segregation of material for QC as well as Client’s inspection in order releasing to Shop-Floor for fabrication activities.

Having good experience controlling consumption of material especially safety items as well as all consumable, inventory. audit and, inland transportation.

Responsible for daily routine works, attended all inquiries of different client company regarding the status of their incoming shipment. Schedule all transport truck and containers ready for deliveries to consignees. Follow up all shipment schedule to the port authority to know the actual date or date of release and inform the client company regarding the status of their incoming shipment. Perform other related duties as per my manager may direct.
