providing all manpower needs, Recruitment, training, promotion, and employees Transfer based on the recommendations of the Human Resources Manager Follow-up employment applications, in terms of the policy and job opening advertising, interviewing, selection, contracting, initial guidance in accordance with the instructions of the Personnel Policy, Supervising Saudization ratios, issue insurance policies & all GOSI works related. Responsibilities in the Admin & HR area:
• Conducted candidate interviews for all positions
• Improved recruitment policy and manage selection processes
• Conducted rightsizing and manpower plan and develop reports on manpower forecasting budgets versus actual costs to enable timely action for addressing variances
• Reviewed HR policies and procedures to identify improvement needs
• Advised managers and supervisors on all the processes of performance management, including planning, monitoring, developing, and rewarding performance as well as the rating process
• Responsible for developing and managing employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training programs.
• To provide efective leadership and support to subordinates, ensuring that they are clear about their roles and responsibilities and have appropriate processes in place to manage their work efectively.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate personnel records within the Department, to Include recruitment, employee turnover and sickness absence and collate HR
information on a monthly basis for HR monthly report.
• Ensure all positions recruited for have an up-to-date job description.
