I am a freelance consultant live in Amman jordan my academic major is Bachelor. economics science.
i worked in specialist company provide ISO services, and i have providing consultations services (specially in ISO standards 9001 & 45001 & 14001) with more 20 companies,
another work experiences in (Virtual Market Place) a known as (VMP), my duties is helping local companies in Jordan for trading online (Amazon, Alibaba, Ebay, ........), with more 8 companies.
upon my study "economics science" i worked in many Feasibility studies such as
1- Feasibility study of sodium chlorite Haibo factory.
2- feasibility study for a program about food industry and opportunity for export to EURO Union (Agader Zone - (Jordan Zone)).
3- feasibility study for cloths industry in free zone (in Zarqa-Jordan).
4- Feasibility study of cosmetics factory in Amman
my plan in future is improve IT consultant services such as ISO 27001 & ISO 20001 and improve the environment management system like ISO 50001 & Certified claims (ISO 14024)
my duty in company is manage human resources by:
*constantly monitoring and leaving-time and vacations and sick leave take in account the local labor law .
*monitoring the action plan that established by managers every year and issue monthly Audit & reports based on the each department requirements.
*set recommendations for courses and training needed in each departments.
yearly staff evaluate and training evaluate for each courses.
*set recommendations for development of the departments and work process and work instructions for develop the work environments, according to occupational health and safety requirements & environment based on local and international standards.
*monitoring the infrastructure to ensure the quality & occupational health and safety are activated
*Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, promotions etc.
*Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner
*Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports
*Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations
Economics is a social science concerned with the factors that determine the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Also you study the accounting & administration & financial & feasibility studies and also your working on its practicality.
