Job
Role:
First From the project management perspective:
• (Kaizen)ing Time and Effort to get all work done and issues solved in most optimum
degree.
• Attending meetings with CBK's managers and employees to represent G&D's project
manager and the company, and answering all their questions and following up their
change requests.
• Training CBK's user on the system and the different interfaces.
• Testing the Cash Management System with the Customer ( Central Bank of Kuwait ).
• Creating an issue log file and following up the daily issues.
• Conference calls, Cisco Webex and daily updats with different G&D teams like Dubai's
G&D team, Toronto's G&D team and Sama's team from KSA or saudi arabia's Central Bank.
• Updating SRS or Specification document with Customer.
• Updating reports requirements for SAPBO.
• Defining the tasks and assigning it to the users, employees and employers.
• Technical meetings to integrate with all systems and parties running at the customer.
Secondly from the technician perspective:
• IBM WebSphere installation and preparation on servers.
• Windows Server 2012
• Preparing and Configuring different integrated Environments.
• Deploying and integrating the systems on servers.
• Managing, Developing and Upgrading Oracle Database using sql developer.
• Managing, importing and Exporting SAP BO server on CMC and universe design tool.
• Thin client and Thick client preparation.
• Integrating with SWISSLOG's system to control the AGVs (Automated guided vehicles).
• Configuring laser Barcodes readers and Smart Cards readers.
• Configuration the system on Load balance, LDAP, SSO and SSL.
• Insatlling Certificates on host and connectivity.
• Finding Root Causes for issues and Fixing it.
• Fixing Security issues and Network Connectivity.
• Configuring Second factor Authentication.
• Exporting and Importing LCMBIAR files on SAP server using universe design and BI.
• Testing and Editing Reports, adding objects and integrate them to Application server and
IBMWebsphere.
