o Coordinating all staff to ensure all activities in the procurement department run as scheduled.
o Maintaining and reviewing all records of purchased goods, including their costs and related LPOs/Contracts.
o Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
o Developing key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
o Identifying cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
o Reviewing current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate.
o Interviewing, hiring, training and supervising personnel for procurement related activities.
o Negotiating, agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
o Producing reports and statistics for management and governance.
o Acting as single point of contact to the governance for all procurement related activities.
o Playing a leading role for procurement committee activities being a committee member.
o Attending meetings and trade conferences
Taking care for all Procurement requirements for the companies and the other group of companies.
Checking tender process and make sure meeting companie policy.
Negotiate with venders and sub-contractors for the pricing, deliveries, terms & conditions.
Assisting the Procurement manager in leading the Procurement team.
Responsible for all sales & support related to major energy and oil customers in all around UAE.
Dealing with all housing contracts related to GHQ in Abu Dhabi emirate.
- Build & manage relationships with company suppliers. - Take care of supplying all materials required for the company and its clients. - Monitor sub-contractors and vendors to insure that required job/service is done as per agreed requirements/standards and agreed timing. - Play a major role in tendering process, RFP, Opening tenders, evaluation and selecting process. - Lead and manage procurement department team.
