- Prepare Internal Medical Planning drawings under the guidance of the Senior Medical Planner
- Undertaking & managing allocated CAD / BIM production & other technical work tasks to agreed deadlines, standards (industry & project), and in accordance with the project plan
- Generate 3D and 4D models for the project
- Setting up, configuration & administration of projects involving multidisciplinary CAD / Revit applications mainly AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with Sydney, Australia and Riyadh, KSA. Research and stay informed on BIM related software and technologies
- Monitoring CAD / BIM related procedures and ensuring proper implementation according to project requirements & corporate standards
- Familiar w/ International and Local Building Codes, ADA, HAAD, and Life Safety, International Health Facility Guidelines (iHFG), Facility Guidelines Institute

- Prepare Architectural drawings under the guidance of a CAD Manager
- Undertaking & managing allocated CAD production & other technical work tasks to agreed deadlines, standards (industry & project), and in accordance with the project plan
- Providing 2D & 3D CAD/Revit Support to the project team
- Setting up, configuration & administration of projects involving multidisciplinary CAD applications mainly AutoCAD and Revit
- Monitoring day-to-day modeling activities, customizing & trouble shooting.
- Monitoring CAD related procedures and ensuring proper implementation according to project requirements & corporate standards
- Coordinate and interface with other project discipline leaders
- Provides estimates & schedule

- Arch’l design, research, drafting, detailing, cost estimate
- Plans, develops and coordinates complex projects.
- Produces design output for presentation from conceptual design to design development stage in specific software packages such as AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
- Produces detailed drawings from which costs projections are made.
- Negotiates with contractors and other professionals to produce planned work.
