highly organized with great attention to detail who monitors and ensures compliance with OSHA standards,
including health and safety statutes and regulations. Oversees organizational health and safety policies, creates
programs and communicates guidelines while conducting analyses of current systems and updating as needed.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and cover all government regulations requirements such as Civil defense, PME, and external auditors.
Improve team skills matrix, deliver training plan for In/Out department, increase awareness by campaigns.
Manage CaPex/OpEx to improve and activate safety projects, services, and inspections.

Monitors compliance with OSHA standards, including health and safety statutes and regulations, by updating the
current safety program into a new, comprehensive safety program
Responsible for all emergency procedures, emergency response plans, pharmaceuticals destruction, insect killer,
incident reporting, applying job safety analysis and risk assessment.
Applying Lean tools on cost, performance and time for company outputs to reduce waste and make saving plan.
Key Accountabilities
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
Provide project management, analytical and research skills and expertise (TIP, KANBAN, and Quarantine)
Cooperate with teams to enhance materials flow, process & communications and plan performed.
Perform business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and represent it to managements.
Manager issuing licenses for training, attestations, marketing, creation new courses and perform exams with audits
Supplying manpower in construction of buildings providing, welding, electrical works, and painting
Establish engineering office for the company as a new office in Upstream sector in Eastern Province to provide
engineering services with European experience in Saudi Arabia

to develop process standards, rules, ISO standards, environmental regulations,
documentations, and basic hydraulics for the following duties:
Site visits to supervise at UAE TRANSCO SCADA phase II
Monitor and improve processes
Identify quality and productivity problems
Developing solution to production problems and customer services as required
Ensuring compliance with current legislation
Develop P&IDs
Set up Hydraulics and calculations
Working as job Process Engineer in Engineering Department and Involved in various projects performing the following duties:
• Perform HYSYS Models (Simulation of Oil Processing Facilities)
• Perform PIPESIM Models (Pipelines Steady State Hydraulic Simulation)
• Perform FLARENET Models (Flare Headers Hydraulic Simulation)
• Oil & Gas Pipeline dynamic simulation
• Perform design basis memorandum (DBM)
• Development of P&IDs (FEED & EPC)
• Development of PFDs and Heat & Mass Balance (FEED & EPC)
• Equipment Sizing (Pumps, Separators, Heat Exchangers, etc…)
• Developing the Operation, Control & Safeguarding Philosophy
• Developing the commissioning and pre-commissioning manuals
• Developing the operating & maintenance manual
• Process inputs to Mechanical Datasheet
• Process inputs to Instruments Datasheet
• Process inputs to the Cause & Effect Diagram
• Preparing Process deliverables (Equipment list, line list, etc…)
• Preparation of technical reports
• Equipment Adequacy Checks
• Vendor Design / Documents Review
• HAZOP studies
• Hazardous area classification inputs using IP15
• Applied Codes and Standards - Shell DEP, API, IP15, EN, NFPA etc
• Perform site visit, data collection and facilities / equipment evaluation

As a field engineer, I was responsible to work as an onsite leader, putting to use the technical and operational expertise you gain through Halliburton's world-class training. Depending on work assignment my responsibilities are include:
• Leading a crew to ensure that each project conforms to Halliburton's standards for both quality and safety.
• Interpreting well site data in real time, using complex technologies such as software simulators and the latest electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Working on pre-job planning, job execution and post-job analysis to ensure project efficiency.
• Troubleshooting on-the-spot issues at the well site.
