That enhance the operational efficiency and elevate future readiness, security, profitability and passenger experience in both Dubai International Airport (DXB) & Al Maktoum International Airport (AMIA).
•Established and executed sets of strategies, policies, manuals and innovation teams to enable Digital Transformation (DX), commercialization and partnerships that enhanced DAEP competitiveness.
•Enabled collaborations with startups, accelerators, ventures, investors, policy makers, education sector and Research & Development (R&D) entities to overcome specific challenges and co-create new innovations.
•Execute ideation and future foresight workshops using story boards sketching, benchmarking, trend analysis and future shaping frameworks that results in required setup, project initiatives and DX roadmaps.
•Built an international network of designers, integrators, manufacturers, suppliers and subject matter experts to develop and facilitate DAEP innovations through agility frameworks.
•Conducted business cases, investment analysis, feasibility studies, cost benefit, make or buy, value for money, market analysis, scope of works, procurement, project management and rollout for all innovation initiatives.
•Management of the technical materials extractions required to secure Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) claims. In addition to the monetization of DAEP IPRs portfolio.

•Actively leading the Innovation Portfolio to capitalizes on co-created innovations with partners.
•Continuously leading the marketing, awards and showcasing of innovation solutions.

“Engineer Adnan Saffarini Engineering Office” established in the year 1968 in Dubai with twelve branches in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. I became in charge of auditing the firm long-term strategy, implementing change management, recommending investment and divestment of branches in the MENA Region, facilitating remote management of technical design teams and planning supervision resources allocation on sites, I have managed to secure new projects in U.A.E, Qatar and Jordan and increase the firm bargaining power and market share.

“Dar Al Omran” established by Dr. Rasim Badran in Jordan, 1990. Dr. Rasim is a winner of many international architectural awards such as the prestigious German Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 1995. With headquarter in Jordan supporting fourteen other branches in Asia and Africa. During that time I was a business development engineer In charge of business development management of regional offices that included market studies, searching for leads, developing clients, drafting contracts in addition to preparing and submitting proposals for high ranked client such as ASHGHAL Qatar and Dubai Properties (Submitting 200+ Design and/ or Supervision proposals per year with a 15% success rate); in some projects Dar Al Omran coordinated with international main and sub consultants such as Atkins, Mace and Cultural Innovation. I had the capability to establish new markets in U.A.E and Iraq, built key connections with government and private stakeholders, secured multi-million dollar contracts and lead a professional team according to the company strategy. Management and coordination of Financial and Technical Proposals and their prequalification for 14 branches in the MENA-Region and Africa. Financial analyses using the following: Effort Estimation, Unit Pricing, Construction Cost and Specialists Quotations. Managing Conceptual Design Competitions preparation and submission in addition to Conditions of Contracts review.

“Amman Consulting Engineering Planning Office” founded in 1978, Jordan. I was designing both buildings and water/ wastewater networks for various regional projects. I also supported the site supervision team and worked hand in hand with international consultants such as ILF Consulting Engineers. Part of my work also included the business development department by developing projects methodologies, scope of work and technical and financial. I also represented the company in many meetings and business missions in the gulf region and with NGO's projects.
