• Implementation of Quality Management system
• Reporting directly to the QA/QC Manager and the site Project Manager
• Quality Assurance and documentation
• Ensure all quality procedure documents/formats are available at site.
• Provide all the necessary information/corrective action to the company engineers / supervisor.
• Ensure that all the test equipments are available with valid calibration certificates.
• Conduct continuous inspection of site activities and ensure works are carried out as per project quality assurance plan and approved project drawings & documents.
• Ensure all internal inspection & testing has been carried out according to approved Inspection & Test Plan.
• Initiate quality inspection and test requests to contractors for Client inspection.
• Maintain all inspection and test records for the future reference.
• Monitoring all other activities as detailed in approved Quality Assurance Plan
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Method of Statement and QC Procedures
• Ensure that all the Approved for Construction documents/drawings are available at site prior to start of works at site.
• Preparation of Work Packages/Request for Inspection for client work acceptance.
• Completion and preparation of final quality related documents for handing over such as OMM, As-Built etc.
