A Project Manager in the VRO (MOH) under the Coding, Costing and Revenue Cycle Management (CCRCM) work-stream (non-clinical) helping in the initiatives and programs the ministry aim to implement.
Responsible for assisting the chief of clinical service in complying with the hospital Quality and Risk Management by collecting data and reviewing patient medical records.
Coordinated with Physiotherapy Department director to evaluate the department services and establish major KPIs to make an improvement.
Also, led an FMEA process in the hospital with the focus on Reprocessing in CSSD.
Helped the hospital get accredited by CBAHI.
Responsible for reviewing patients' images and write their medical report to help diagnose, stage and evaluate the progress of the condition.
As one of the medical team, I was the first one to see the patient, take the medical history and conduct the physical examination. I rotated in different specialties (medicine, surgery, ob/gyn, pediatrics and ER).
Expected to graduate in December 2020.
Graduated from Medical Colleague in King Saud University with GPA of 4.27, in second degree of honor.
