I had the chance to be one of the founding team members who participated in corporate start up tasks, where I joined SCTH as Organizational Development Department Acting Manager & Financial Resources Development Manager with the main objective to help the organization standardize its policies and procedures and build up effective, efficient and automated management & accounting systems; define and evaluate its current financial resources and propose alternative resources to enable SCTH accomplish its objectives according to the strategic (master) & action plans.
