Duties:
• Oversight of all the family assets, including investments, properties, trusts and other interests.

Duties:
• Complete structural reorganization of the Holding with M&A deals
• Operational management of the Real Estate division of the Fund over 200 M USD
• Audit operations of existing investments and proposal of Alternative ones
• Deliver continuous cost-effective expansion in line with the firm values
• Set up and Manage Off-Shore structures
• Develop alternative investments
Key Achievements:
• Directed the team into performance attitudes - cost saving and clients satisfaction, leading to a measurable results relating to P&L improvements (EBIDTA) of over 110%
• Restructured relationships with different stakeholders in term of projects monitoring, coordination and delivering, achieving 25% efficiency gains.
• Closing a Real Estate partnership with a public structure (SNABT)
Projects Management on Real Estate, (Over 450 M MAD Project Investments)
• Team Management
• Maintain and develop existing and new markets, sourcing out of new business opportunities;
• Make sure that the board is kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and all-
important factors influencing it;
• Establish the needed sales strategies to go with the company mission statement;
• Attend and represent the Company with different public and private institutions.
International Management Division
• Collaborate with Client to become high performance businesses
• Predefine dashboards and reports; recommend opportunities to improve existing
management
• Carrying out audits, and customer surveys;
• Preparing with the Clients International strategies to enter new markets
• Provide assistance in Organizational Strengthening
Dealing with International customers and carry out international development strategies
• Negotiate sales contracts and LTA’s (Long Terms Agreements),

Purchasing: Liaise with worldwide suppliers on a daily basis: Managing the monthly
