Negotiate and Review contracts from a commercial
point of view and ensure their clarity and validity.
Coordination with various departments, including but
not limited to Accounting, legal and procurement,
before issuing contracts to ensure their legal and
accounting suitability.
Writing the commercial terms of the contracts.
Identifying new opportunities, assessing the performance of existing businesses, and making recommendations for investment or divestment.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the business
portfolio by tracking financial metrics, such as
revenue, profit, and market share.
Identify and mitigate risks to the business portfolio by
conducting risk assessments, developing contingency
plans, and managing relationships with key
stakeholders.
Communicate the status of the business portfolio to
senior management by providing regular reports,
presentations, and updates.
• Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of Settlements activities within area of responsibility.
o Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation
o Settle all 3rd party and intercompany transactions per contractual terms
o Ensure funds are received and paid on time and accurately; liaise with counterparties should any discrepancies occur; provide thorough explanations for any outstanding balances
o Reconcile and update volumes per Vessel/Pipeline or 3rd party statements; work with operators and counterparties to resolve volume discrepancies
• Provide accurate details of projected cash flows to enable Treasury Team to manage daily and weekly cash requirements.
• Participate in the monthly close process including P&L tie outs, journal entries, and trade exception reporting and clearing.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service in order to build and strengthen relationships
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate processes to improve performance and efficiency as well as address underlying root causes
• Provide support in response to internal/external audits and litigation
• Complete and support special projects as assigned
Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
Inform and suggest new banking products to customers
Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines
Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create an enlarged customer base
Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
