-Oversee the production of monthly reports financial statements and cash flow projections for use by SAMA, as well as the Management Team

- Ensure regulatory deliverables and changes in regulatory environment and requirements for finance are understood and managed

- Monitor & control the budget, including cash management and cost control monthly deviation analysis

- Ensure adequate controls are installed to ensure the organization is run tightly from an overall financial perspective

- Participate on some of the regional executive meetings to present the financial information and recommend strategic financial decisions to the senior executives.

- Support the CFO on recruiting, overseeing, evaluating the performance and coaching the finance department staff.

- Produce & supervise various MIS reports which are required by the senior management and recommend improvement activities based on them.

- Work with the treasury department on monitoring the liquidity level on the branch to secure the funding activities.

- Liaison with the wider GCC finance team ensuring that there is proper coordination across the teams.

-Concocting and analyzing products costing reports as well as income/cost variance reports and provide recommendations to improve the results

-Participating in the development of planning and other financial requirements to determine present and future financial performance of the institute

-Making recommendations to the institute management about cost saving or income generating opportunities strategies using advanced analytical techniques

-Contributing to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures within the IOB

-Conducting special studies on topics that are central to the Saudi’s financial system

-Taking the responsibility of running some of the financial courses especially in terms of designing the right materials and delivering them.

-Contributing on the Research /study projects that are related to the areas of relevant interest to the clients and which the institute can get benefits in its future programs

-Managing some of the consultancy projects that the institute provides to its customers including other departments in the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency
