•Assist in Preparation of Weatherford’s Cash Flow Statement
•Assist in monitoring liquidity by forecasting and monitoring cash flows (weekly, monthly and quarterly.. etc.) to ensure adequate cash liquidity for financial operations.
•Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accurate and timely manner for the local & international vendors and all other types of payments (intercompany, petty cash, housing and schooling fees allowances, full & final settlement ...) and prepare checks as well.
•Support all cash management operation, include daily cash administration, management current accounts and bank relations
•Apply all AP applications to JED (Oracle System).
•Responsible for doing bank reconciliations.
•Prepare & Record all the monthly journal entries and post them in the Oracle System.
•Perform any finance job related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor & manager
•Ensure that all financial transactions and documentations comply with all Saudi Arabia legal procedures and other associated regulatory requirements
•Report to Financial controller.
•Interact and provide information to auditors for annual financial audit.
