• Inspecting valves upon receipt and verifying compliance with the data sheet, purchase order, and meets with specifications. YANBU,
• Confirming serial numbers and nameplate information to ensure full traceability.
• Checking the valve body, bonnet, and overall exterior condition for any damage or corrosion.
• Reviewing material specifications and confirming conformity with MTRs and certification documents.
• Documenting and submitting reports to the customers and quality department.

• Inspect incoming materials and ensure they comply with project specifications and approved
material submittals.
• Monitor mechanical activities on-site including piping installation, supports, valves, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit RFIs, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and ITP.
• Identify and report non-conformities through NCRs and follow up until closure.
• Inspect and verify internal cleaning of piping and equipment as per procedures.
• Supervise and witness hydrostatic tests, ensuring all safety and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, test reports, and client approvals.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and QA/QC teams to ensure project quality
